This we all know; Let's analyse this from both organization's and employee point of view.

As HR professional it's important to understand what all training beings in; while it helps in increasing profits and productivity for the organization, training also brings in a sense of insecurity in the minds of Hr and Management both. As from their perspective once an employee has received training as part of a plan or objective, it doesn't not only contribute to growth of employee but also open the doors of opportunities for him in the outer world; increasing the chances of high employee turnover. Companies are therefore bound to take various precautionary measures when it comes to investment in training it's people.

As an employee it's important to stay fair on your part. To keep it simple avoid moving to another company just for the sake of better salary when your current organization provides you with 1) acknowledgement and growth opportunities 2) consistent learning and environment of equal opportunity 3) understanding supervisor/ boss ... This stability will create sufficient growth opportunities for you in your current organization along with strong sense of job satisfaction. A career oriented approach and not job oriented mindset is going to help you in this.
