6 ways to become a good Communicator

Here I am presenting you the 5 ways you can adapt to be a Good Communicator.

.

6 ways to become a good Communicator!!

1.  Expression of your thoughts and feelings by writing.-
Take any topic of your choice which you can relate easily like your childhood days, happiest moment of your life, friendship etc and write atleast 1 page about it. All your memories and experiences  Often, we are not able to communicate or speak well because thoughts dont come to our mind easily. This will help you in building your thoughts as a practice.

2. Develop a reading habit-
As it is said that books are always your best friends and it is so true here also. Start reading books or subjects of your interest apart from academics. This increase your knowledge bank , opens your mind to different perspectives and also develops your mind. You will never be short of topics for conversation with anyone if you develop a good habit of reading regularly and make books as your friends as I have.

3. Interaction with people-
When you interact with people, and get into a conversation or a healthy discussion,  it again opens your mind giving you different perspectives on a situation and builds your communication skills. Even if you are shy, try to approach people and start a conversation by trying to know them their likes and dislikes , sharing yours as well. In some few minutes, often you find a common topic or interest level and connection is formed. Giving you my example, I was a very shy person as a child till my college days but over a period of time , interaction with different people has really evolved me a lot as a good Communicator. You dont need to have a good IQ or GK level to be a good conversationalist or a Communicator. If I can do it, you can too!!

4. Record your own audios and videos-
As you write your thoughts on any topic of your choice, record that in your voice as audio and video and listen to it and watch it again. This will help in building your confidence and self evaluation on the areas to improve. A good Communicator is comfortable with himself and confident enough in his own unique ways.

5. Imagination techniques and Observing things around you-
A good Communicator is also creative, spontaneous and imaginative  Start observing things and people around you when you travel or waiting at some place.  For example-  Ovserve a scenery or a picture and write about it as a airy what you see or perceive in it.

6.  Listening to Audio books and Story telling -
You can listen to Audio books and try to write a summary of it. This will enhance your listening skills and patience level. You can also read stories and start sharing . People always like to listen stories or life experiences.
