This manual is for all those trainers who have their basic training completed and further wants to proceed to a higher level of training implementation. This will prepare them to make a training needs assessment, plan the training curriculum and pilot test it, train participants with advanced training techniques, conduct training follow ups and assess the entire training process. This module is planned to make participants actively involved, using methods like discussions, group works, presentations, case studies, role play and lectures.
This module is for HR, Trainers, Training Providers and supervisors who have prior experience in the training and learning field.
