My professional journey began in the year 1999. Equipped with a Masters degree in Social work and Advanced diploma in HR I began my career with an All India based management consulting firm called Ma foi Management consultants.
Starting with Recruitment or Talent Acquisition as it's known today I handled some of the biggest automobile and pharma companies as my key client.
Being an HR enthusiast I explored the other functions of HR like Compensation & Benefits and conducting Trainings and learning sessions for internal team and outsourced employees.
Realizing my calling, I started developing my skills in Training and Development. A Train the Trainer certification from TISS and Training Excellence from Dale Carnegie gave me the required boost to grow my career in the areas of T&D
Exploring the larger canvass of People Development I did my Fellowship in OD & L&D
