Most successful and creative people have tried this method of changing their spaces. Creating a psychological distance between your normal routine and creativity is important. Many people have a ritual they follow to be creative or they give a break to themselves in order to be creative. Some people take a shower or go for a walk for some watching the sun come up in the morning helps. To think out of the box. You should do whatever gives you refreshment. Sitting at the same place from morning to evening every day will not help you in being creative. Doing things differently will enable you to access the creativity that you want to do your work.
4. Study Another Industry
If you want to think out of the box it is important you know how people from outside your chosen field are doing things. When you know how other people operate it will give you ideas of how you can do things in your own field. The other industries might be totally different or might have some overlap but it will be different enough to help you in giving you a fresh perspective on your own. “Do not study the competition, study the winners in other industries.” It will be a great help to you and will make you innovative. Studying another industry helps you to elevate your industry and will give you a thinking out-of-the-box perspective. You will be able to brainstorm new ideas by understanding another industry.
