Some people say Leadership is a talent which is in-born while others are of opinion if proper encourgement grooming is done , Leaders can in turn can create more Leaders.
I personally feel true Leaders infact always try to enhance level up of their team members and give opportunities to their team members so that more Leaders can be created.
They don't feel insecure by doing such a way as they know by doing this they can make best use of strengths of each member.
Such Leaders are very good listeners and then give enough free hand for people to experiment with new ideas, with required monitoring. This in turn raises confidence level of the team member who slowly learn how to swim.
They avoid any sort of micrro management always encourage such individuals to take inititaives and close to the logical conclusion.
