Her passion was always Training. 40+ sessions are to her credit. She has done her Post Graduate in Management Studies- with specialization in Human Resources. She pursued her TTT with Dale Carnegie and Round Table India (NGO). She specializes in Soft Skills training programmes like Business Etiquettes, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership, Teamwork, etc.
The programmes are highly interactive through role plays, deliberations on case studies etc, therefore a great learning process for the trainees. Uses tools like - videos, presentations, activities and direct interaction with the audience to make it a critical thinking process.

In 2019, she certified as a Youth Psychologist under IARC. Have done 25+ sessions with teenagers, their parents and individual adults. Majorly dealt with depression during Pandemic, those unfocused in work and troubled youth due to its past.

She has effectively conducted solo full day workshops on ROBE (Rituals of Business Etiquettes) as well as has facilitated in-house training for various corporates and organisations

She was very closely associated with NGO-Ladies Circle India, whose primary vision is education for underprivileged children. Been a Board member for 3 yrs and designed effective and impactful training programmes for the organisation. She has been honoured with the ‘Best Circler’ award.
Worked in Welingkar Institute of Management as a lecturer and Utpal Sanghvi School for training sessions in Communication, Leadership, Public speaking skills for both students and teachers.

Had volunteered to teach the under privileged children under AXF Angels Express Foundation) for a year and conducted various counselling converters.

She is a Certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner which helps her to read, understand and decode human words and body language in a valuable manner.
