Do you agree that Business Etiquettes is like any #ritual in your life which has to be practiced/done everyday like praying, brushing teeth, having tea or reaching office in a fixed time?
Be it in #society or at #workplace one is expected to #behave in certain manner as well as follow certain processes and practices. Each organization has its own code of conduct and ethics which should be adhered to.

Many say I am good the way I am, don’t need to learn #businessetiquette. I say ‘fantastic’. Only one question for you – are you respected well by your colleagues, recognised by your seniors, get good response from your clients and see yourself in the work growth scale?

Hello Icarians,

Since I am in shifting my career from Retail segment (12+yrs) to soft-skill training I am finding it very tough when I come across all the stalwarts here who speak of Leadership and Development and their experience as trainer/coach over many many years.

But yesterday, when Tarunji was doing the zoom sessions on L&D, I realised that my beliefs and actions as a Leader and the way I functioned led to development not of only the company but also of myself as well as the people I worked with during those 12+ years working in Retail.
Infact I felt awesome for myself and confident again. My faith in myself became stronger, all what I need is good networking and referrals to keep pursuing my love for training and youth counselling.

For those who do not know me to tell you'll, I have worked as a trainer for nearly 4-5 years successfully, but then had to drop because of certain circumstances.
Learning never stopped for me, and I guess that is one of the reasons I feel more positive than ever.

Who Is Your Life Partner

Came across this article shared by one of my friend. This article is definitely food for our brains. In the rush of everyday life most of us tend to forget our own self and are busy making the ends meet.
We are busy either working overtime to achieve our goals, going to great lengths to make our family happy, busy impressing people to gain attention, trying to gain enough wealth for the future and it can go on. In short as they say living a 'rat race life'

Pause..... take a deep breath..... and think...., is this what you want at the cost of your physical and mental health???

Sometimes it many be necessary to make our ends meet but otherwise can we treat ourselves to live a healthier life. Can we be better life partner to ourselves? 😊
