The fish’s best ability is to swim in the water”. The value here is that every child and individual possesses unique characteristics. This uniqueness forms the cornerstone of future careers. Students and individuals are perpetually confused and overwhelmed when it comes to deciding a career path. On one hand, some students are flooded with an overload of information, and on the other hand, some do not have access to adequate data. Either way, they find themselves in a tough spot. Therefore, the role of a career coach is paramount in a student’s life. Therefore as career coach I would be the guiding light in their life.
