Navarasa
It is an expression of a person in different situations or his emotion or rasa .
Navarasa means Nava means nine, Rasa means emotional state or emotions. The nine emotions are Shringara (love/beauty), Hasya (laughter), Karuna (sorrow), Raudra (anger), Veera (heroism/courage), Bhayanaka (terror/fear), Bibhatsya (disgust), Adbutha (surprise/wonder) and Shantha (peace or tranquillity).
I love to post the legendary actor in Malayalam movie Shri. Jagagi Sreekumar ( in a movie) showing Navarasa. Being an actor, he developed himself 4 more rasa to make the situation more interesting.
Trainers and mentors like me develops additional ' rasa' to make our session interesting .
