Mr V. K. Sharma is an HR/ER professional having four decades of rich and varied experience in India’s large Companies and Conglomerates. He founded his firm in the year 2019 with the name “V K Dynamic Leadership Centre” which exhaustively provides many services to Industries and Corporates.
Previously, he has worked with Companies like Aditya Birla Group: Grasim Industries Ltd., Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd, Bina, DCM Shriram Industries Ltd, Hindustan Unilever Ltd., and Dabur India Ltd. He has handled different core HR processes and has managed complex ER situations. Further, he had led large teams of qualified HR professionals during his tenure in varied roles with different companies.
In addition to the above, he is also a certified coach from TWP. Member of “Apprenticeship Advisory Board”, U.P, Lucknow, Joint Secretory of Meerut Management Association, President of Nagda Employers Association and active officials of various social bodies. He is an active member of the Noida Management Association, Ghaziabad Management Association and the Indian Society for Training and Development ( Noida Chapter).
Apart from his role as HR Head in these plants, He has been a visiting faculty to various Business and Engineering colleges / Institutions. Like V V Giri National Labour Institute, Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education and Development and Avviare Educational Hub, NOIDA. He is a certified trainer of the “Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council” Government of India.
