Success!!! Success!! Success!! This 7 letter word, dont know carries how many stories and how much pressure, some visible and some invisible, some incomplete stories, some known stories, some untold and unknown stories as well. The most commonly used word and the most misunderstood word. Everyone is just running after it. Everyone wants it. But do we really know what it means? So many, even lose their lives running after it or chasing it. Is that what it is? Really? Why is there so much pressure of success on everyone? What is this race of winning at every cost , in fact since childhood. Why does nobody talk about failure? Failure gives us so many lessons!! And actually, if you observe, nobody who is successful today has not fallen, but the one who never gives up and keeps going, is the one who is really on the path of success. It's just a mad race of being successful today following others, comparing ourselves to others unnecessarily and in the process we lose ourselves, becoming like others wherein all of us are just unique in our own selves but we just dont realise it. First of all, what does this 7 letter word mean? By dictionary, it means achievement of an aim or a purpose. Ok, so by that definition, where does this aim come from? Who decides this aim for us?

Let me take few examples here!! Who would you call successful out of these? Or all? Sachin Tendulkar, Vijay Mallya, Munirba Mazaari, Apeejay Abdul Kalam, Swami Vivekanand, Ratan Tata, Nawazuddin Siddique, Johny Lever, Anupam Kher, Peter Sylvester, Dhinchaik Pooja
All of them had their own journey but one thing common in them, they recognized their talent , they were passionate and focused about their aim and dream. The most important part, they followed their own conviction and focused on their inner growth , not comparing themselves with others. But here, would you call Vijay Mallya and Dhinchaik Pooja as successful? I would not
.
Research has shown that 80% of your success in life and work depends on your EQ level and only 20% on your IQ level. High EQ level always leads you to success, happiness and prosperity in life. A happy person will always be successful but a so called successful person in the eyes of others or driven by money, materialistic world, low moral values and ethics will never lead you anywhere and ultimately an unhappy person. Classic recent example here is of Sushant Singh Rajput!!
So many celebrities as so called successful in everybody's eyes go to sadhguru and ask," I have everything, money, Bungalow, family, good relationship, friends, money, good career but I am not happy. I am not at peace. What can I do?" What is the point of such success, if you are not happy? Tell me!!

Money can never buy happiness. It was always meant to flow as an energy. I am not saying it's not important but as much as the petrol in the car, not more not less!!
