Possibly the most challenging task - Measuring ROI of Training.
I have been talking to trainers specially Corporate trainers for the past few weeks as we are looking for someone get onboarded for our internal operations of training.
One thing which I observed in those conversations that most of the trainers are having really a hard time to explain how to calculate ROI of a training program or how we are going to justify the cost of a any training program whether it's tech or a non tech program.
