My total work experience is of 19 years out of which 17years are in training. During these years I have been in the role of a trainer, senior trainer, training manager and a freelancer. I have worked with reputed national and international companies and in different industries like retail, telecom, automobiles, banking, FMCG, jewellery and safety and have trained executives starting from entry level to the director level. I have trained
people on Soft Skills, Quality, Product knowledge, English and Hindi language, Customer Service, Organizational Development, Team work and leadership just to name a few. Interviewing has also been my KRA during training. People have been guided and helped by me on developing their personalities as well.
