- I Sevin is all about Learning and development. Here we go through the process that initiates, guides, and maintains goal-oriented behaviors. Motivation or inspiration is something that causes us to act, whether it is getting a glass of water to reduce thirst or reading a book to gain knowledge. Founded in 2015, I Sevin began as a Training and development firm, and has since created and developed diversified training programs serving a wide range of interests and industries.
I Seven’s specialized Training programs refers to a planned effort by our expert trainers to facilitate individual’s and employees’ learning of job-related competencies. These competencies include knowledge, skills, or behaviors that are critical for successful job performance in the immediate term or near future. This is in contrast with development, which is training that provides employees with competencies for anticipated future jobs and roles.
